SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped out 1-3 weeks time from purchase unless otherwise. Please make sure the shipping address is error-free as refunds will not be issued to orders with incorrect address information.

International shipping is available worldwide. Taxes and tariffs set by the receiving country are the customer's responsibility. International orders may take up to 21 days based on customs. Please note due to higher volumes during the holidays it may take longer.

Returns are not possible each crystal is unique and different.

once you get the tracking number via email the package is your responsibility, be sure to follow the package and to be in contact with the mail carrier.
